SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Due to the handmade nature of all our products, many items items are made-to-order, and therefore may take up to 14 business days to ship. Items in inventory will ship within 48 hours of placement of order. All items ship Monday - Friday, Excluding Holidays, via UPS with signature upon delivery required, no exceptions. We are unable to ship to PO Box and Military Addresses.
Shipping and handling charges are customer’s responsibility. Sales in California are taxable at the State Tax Rate of 7.75%. Buyer will receive an email confirmation once order has shipped. For international orders, customer’s are responsible for all import duties and custom fees for their own country. Jennifer Lyon, LLC is unable to identify how long a delivery of an order will take to arrive to your specific country or how long it will take to clear customs once it reaches your specific country.

Domestic: Ground $20, 2 Day $30.
International: $40, 2 Day $60
Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal is for our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. We will gladly assist you will all questions and details about our inventory.
Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we have a rigid exchange policy. At this time, we are unable to returns.
Within 48 hours of PURCHASE, Jennifer Lyon, LLC will gladly provide a store credit or allow for the option of exchange for an item of equal value (less any applicable sales taxes and shipping costs). All store credits have a one year expiration date from the day of issuance.
Please ensure that return item is packaged securely, use a shipping service that provides tracking while in transit, insure item for its full value, and return shipping is not refundable. Please notify Jennifer Lyon, LLC of desire for store credit or exchange with 48 hours of receipt of PURCHASE.
SPECIAL ORDERS or CUSTOM ORDERS are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. Any of these items are considered FINAL SALE. These orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production.
SALE MERCHANDISE MARKED 40% OR MORE is non-returnable or non-exchangeable. These orders are considered FINAL SALE.
